Better and healthier together

We have some exciting news to share! Today we have joined DHC GP Federation which gives us opportunities to collaborate with a wider network of GP practices in our local area.

What does this mean for our patients?

Our patients will benefit from an expanded range of community and specialist services closer to home, for example local outpatients clinics, mental health support and well-being programmes. We will also be able to focus more on prevention and helping our patients stay well.
