If it has been 6 months or more since your last Covid-19 Vaccination and you are in one or  more of the eligible criteria below:

• Adults 75 yrs before 30/06/2024 and over
• Residents in a care home for older adults
• Individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed
